Fang Fenghui is a lieutenant general in the People's Liberation Army of the People's Republic of China.
Fang was born in Xianyang, Shaanxi Province. He joined the PLA in February 1968. In December 2003, he became a standing committee member of the Communist Party of China committee and chief of staff of the PLA's Guangzhou Military Region. He was promoted to the post of commander of the Beijing Military Region in 2007. He achieved the rank of major general in 1998, and lieutenant general in July 2005. He is currently a member of the 17th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.
